T & R Custom has manufactured custom commercial offices, classrooms, banks and other building needs for more than 35 years. T & R Custom, Inc. is one of the oldest and largest manufacturers of commercial office units in the Southeast.   The company began operations on April 11, 1972 with a staff of 12 and a total production facility of 2000 square feet in Ellaville, Georgia.  The first buildings we manufactured were utility buildings, storage buildings, and add-a-rooms for mobile homes.  Due to an increasing demand for commercial office trailers, we manufactured our first commercial trailer in 1974.   Over the last 38 years we have increased our production facility from 2000 square feet to over 193,625 Square feet to keep pace with the increasing demand for the product. Our facility will enable us to produce in the excess of 40 million dollars worth of product. Our buildings are marketed through established dealer networks not direct sales basis. We manufacture mobile buildings which are used for educational and business purposes.  We custom manufacture which allows us to design and build whatever the customer needs.  Our units meet the requirements of ADA, NEC, IBC and FBC. Our units are inspected by the third party agency Expert Modular Consultants. We are permitted to build units for the following states: AL, FL, GA, NC, SC, TN, VA, MD, TX, OK, MS, LA, NJ, PA, MO, IN, AR, WV, DE, and KS.
